Round Oak 'ROBINS' was succesful in a bid for a grant from BBC Children in Need.

We were invited to go along to this fun day which was a superb event.  The tombola was busy spinning, and again volunteers face painting skills were evident by the numerous smiling faces.  The pouring rain only caused more children to flood under the marquee.  Spider man ruled the day.

This big annual event at Wordsley provided an opportunity to make ourselves known more in the community.  Volunteers had fun with 'Test your skill' wire buzzer and a 'Find the key to open the door' games and of course a tombola.
Volunteers also found hidden talents in face painting, which proved to be very popular.

Great fun was had by all at Baggeridge country park.  Many families got real stuck in to pond dipping, with plenty of fresh air and exercise.

A 'Winter Bash' was held for all families.  Mainly just for fun, but also to prepare for the festive season.

First Annual General Meeting also held this month.
