Welcome to Round Oak Robins Website
Aims
To help give support and guidance to young people and their families in Dudley and the surrounding area after the death of someone special in their lives.

The support is directed at helping youngsters to understand their feelings, to encourage them to talk about those feelings and also any worries that they may have over the death of a loved one. They are shown how to hold onto their memories enabling them to learn to live with their loss and look to the future in a positive way.
We offer
- Telephone support.
- Home visits.
- Activity days and events.
- Support for schools and other organisations.
We work to a tried and tested professional model of care.
We are not a religious organisation and offer our services to everyone.
Importantly
We can introduce families and individuals who are experiencing very similar situations. This can help lessen feelings of isolation and exclusion which unfortunately occur when someone close dies.
Who Are We
We are a group of volunteers who have experienced the pain, isolation and exclusion that a bereavement can bring. We come from many different backgrounds and have a wealth of experience having worked with families in various professional capacities for many years. We are compassionate, non-judgemental and caring and are dedicated to bringing about a positive impact to the bereaved families within the Dudley area.
We have been established since 2006 and our group is made up entirely of volunteers.
We call ourselves: Round Oak Robins.
